Dr.'s Review of Prolon 5-Day Fasting Mimicking Diet

I just finished my Prolon 5 day fasting diet, and I'm impressed. Though I didn't do a before and after blood work exam, I did weight myself using an InBody scanner. The results, I lost 6lbs in 5 days and last a small amount of body fat. (note that my body fat percentage was at 11.6% when I started though!). 

This is what I like: 

1. They provide you with all the food so you don't have to think about shopping and prepping. 

2. It's doable. Yes you will be challenged, but at no point you'll think it's impossible to do. 

3. It's well researched. Anytime you try something new, it's nice to know that it's backed by science. It makes it much easier to recommend to our patients.
