Easy way to BURN EXTRA calories throught the day!

If you are one of those people who never seems to get to the next level in fitness, weight, or you just want to add some fun to your workday here an easy way that will give you more energy, burn extra calories and make you stronger!

The key here is to increase your body's metabolic rate.  To do that you need to get your heart rate up a bit.  This usually happens during exercise.  But how can you achive this during the day, when you are at work?

Take 1 minute here and there and do some type of exercise, not too much to get you sweating while you are at work, but enough to get your heart rate up and your muscles pumping.  For example, drop down and do 20 push ups (or less, whatever is within your fitness level).  Twenty push ups takes me about 25 seconds.  Not a ton of time, but this gets my heart pumping and my muscles working for much longer than 25 seconds.  If I did this 5 times per day, that would be 100 push ups in less than 1 1/2 minutes.  Do you think this can have an impact on your body? Yes or Yes?

Mix it up, actually work on what you hate the most!  Abs anyone?  How about 60 seconds only at a time?  This is a great way to get your core strong and without an "abs of iron class"!

Here is what I do: (in no particular order)

1. Crunches/bicycles

2. Push ups

3. Air squats

4. Back extensions

5. Calf raises
